Prerequisite: Good knowledge of the company and its challenges in terms of human resources

- Design a recruitment plan
- Analyze your staffing needs
- Know all the stages of effective recruitment
Duration of action:
2 days of 7 hours
Place of action :
At the customer or remotely
Access modalities:
- Access period: After validation by the OPCO or the customer (*)
- Accessibility: Reception and access conditions for people with disabilities (premises, adaptation of teaching resources)
(*) For people with disabilities, this period may be extended due to the mobilization of dedicated contacts to help us and facilitate the implementation of your training project

Adaptation to the public: Informal discussion at the start of the session to validate the prerequisites and specific needs
Educational and technical resources: Various documentary supports: Word, press articles, PPT, Office pack, internet
Teaching methods: Lectures, role plays and scenarios
Pedagogical supervision: Planning of the course of the training by the speaker with the trainees at the beginning of the training. Follow-up and support throughout the course of the training and return to work in the following week.
Educational evaluation and monitoring:
- Educational evaluations: Continuous evaluation by simulation. Initial and final positioning review.
- Satisfaction assessment: Assessment at the end of the training action by a training satisfaction questionnaire
Educational validation / sanction: Training certificate or certificate of achievement

- Prepare your recruitment as well as possible and monitor it over time
Duration of action: 5 days of 7 hours
Location of the action: At the customer's premises or remotely
Access modalities:
